Codi911
Emergency digital response
Codi911
Not a sprint shop that vanishes after launch. We audit broken funnels, quote rescue on a strategy call, then design, engineer, and automate from one team.
Mission & vision
Broken funnels, silent WhatsApp handoffs, and half-built systems are incidents — because for your revenue, they are.
01
Codi911 is an emergency digital solutions desk in Cairo, Egypt. We audit, quote rescue on a strategy call, then design, engineer, and automate from one team—AI receptionists, software, Odoo, ecommerce, and integrations. Egypt, KSA, the UAE, and Germany; WhatsApp is the handoff, not an afterthought.
02
No lead should die because mobile UX hid the buy button or nobody answered after hours. We want digital desks—human and AI—that score honestly, route context, and ship fixes in days instead of quarters—starting at our Cairo hub.
What we ship
From Odoo and Shopify to mobile apps and AI agents — one desk plans it, ships it, and keeps it connected. Full details for every service below.
01
One system for sales, stock, finance, HR, and reporting — customized to how you actually operate.
Odoo becomes the operational backbone: CRM, inventory, accounting, purchasing, manufacturing, and HR in a single place. We implement Community or Enterprise, design custom modules when the standard ones fall short, and migrate clean data so teams trust the numbers from day one.
Growing companies that have outgrown spreadsheets and disconnected tools — especially multi-branch and multi-country teams in Egypt, KSA, the UAE, and Germany.
Codi911 runs Odoo as an emergency-ready engagement: audit the current stack, quote the rescue scope on a strategy call, then ship in focused sprints with WhatsApp as the live handoff — not a ticket black hole.
Odoo & ERP
02
iOS and Android apps with polished UX, solid backends, and store-ready delivery.
We design and ship native-feeling mobile products — customer apps, field tools, and internal ops apps. That includes UI/UX, API backends, push notifications, payments, analytics, and App Store / Google Play publishing so the launch is part of the build, not an afterthought.
Brands that need a mobile channel for customers or staff, and founders who want one team to own design through store submission.
We scope the MVP against real user jobs, build in weekly demos, and keep the desk reachable on WhatsApp for decisions that would otherwise stall a sprint.
Mobile Applications
03
React platforms — dashboards, portals, booking, and SaaS — built to scale with your ops.
Custom web applications mapped to your workflows: client portals, admin dashboards, booking systems, and SaaS products. We use modern React frontends with secure APIs so the product stays fast, maintainable, and ready for the next market or feature.
Operators who need software that matches their process — not another generic template fighting how the team works.
One desk owns product, engineering, and integration. We ship vertical slices you can use, then harden and expand — so value shows up before a six-month big bang.
Web Applications
04
Conversion-focused Shopify stores — theme, catalog, payments, and bilingual UX.
Shopify stores engineered to sell: custom themes, clean product architecture, payment and shipping setup, and Arabic/English experiences that feel local. Most of our 40+ shipped websites are Shopify — we know what converts in the Gulf and Egypt.
DTC brands and retailers who need a store that looks premium, loads fast, and is ready for ads, WhatsApp, and ops integrations.
We audit the funnel first, fix the leaks that kill revenue, then ship a storefront the marketing and ops teams can actually run day to day.
Shopify
05
Fast, editable WordPress sites for companies, blogs, and content platforms.
Professional WordPress sites your team can update without calling a developer for every headline. We build for speed, SEO, and editorial clarity — company sites, blogs, and content hubs that stay maintainable.
Teams that need a credible web presence with in-house content control, without sacrificing performance or SEO basics.
We keep the stack lean, document how to publish, and leave you with a site that marketing can own — with Codi911 on call when something breaks.

06
Practical AI inside your stack — chat, documents, recommendations, and analysis.
AI that earns its place: chat assistants, document processing, recommendations, content helpers, and analytics wired into systems you already use. We prioritize measurable automation over demos that never leave a slide deck.
Leaders who want to cut repetitive work and improve customer response without ripping out their current CRM, ERP, or store.
We start with one painful workflow, ship a controlled pilot, and only expand when the desk can show time saved or revenue protected.
AI Solutions
07
Agents that talk to customers and take action across WhatsApp, CRM, and ops tools.
AI agents that converse and act: answer leads on WhatsApp, update the CRM, create orders, and produce reports. They sit on top of your tools so the desk stays awake after hours without losing context when a human takes over.
Sales and support teams drowning in repetitive chats, and operators who need after-hours coverage without a blind handoff.
Codi911 treats agents like staff: clear brief, supervised pilot, then production with WhatsApp as the supervision channel for the team that owns the desk.
AI Agents
08
Connect Odoo, Shopify, payments, shipping, and CRMs so data moves once — correctly.
We stitch software into one operating system: Odoo ↔ Shopify, payment gateways, shipping carriers, CRMs, and accounting. Data moves automatically so nobody re-types orders, stock, or invoices by hand.
Businesses stuck copying data between tools, and teams ready to trust a single source of truth across channels.
We design for the failure path first, then automate the happy path — so the desk can diagnose a stuck sync at 11pm without guesswork.
System Integration
09
From-scratch products when off-the-shelf tools cannot match how you work.
When nothing on the shelf fits, we build from the ground up: discovery, design, engineering, QA, and long-term support. The product is yours — scoped to your edge cases, not a vendor’s roadmap.
Operators with unique workflows, and founders who need a proprietary system as a competitive advantage.
We plan with you in plain language, ship in milestones you can reject or approve, and stay on the desk after launch so the system keeps matching the business.
